How do my residents join Community Rewards?

When a resident moves-in, they are emailed an invite that communicates the available rewards program. It will provide a unique link for them to use to create their rewards account.


If for any reason a resident does not receive the initial invite, they may create an account by going to this direct link: From there, they can find their property’s direct page by selecting the drop-down menu and searching for the property’s name.


Once the resident has created their new account, they will receive a confirmation email. The link provided in this email will direct them back to the rewards program.
